Help players find their people.

Help newcomers feel at home and give returning players reasons to spend time together. This role connects thoughtful player outreach with welcoming, regular activities and community follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Find suitable places to introduce Neviroth to potential players, following each community’s rules and representing the server honestly.
• Welcome newcomers, help them get settled, and introduce them to other players and shared projects.
• Organize approachable activities such as group builds, exploration trips, and community gatherings, coordinating schedules and support with staff.
• Listen to player interests and feedback, follow up after activities, and help turn good ideas into recurring reasons to play together.
• Share clear invitations and updates, and keep track of which activities help players participate and return.
